Lynne graduated from Aquinas Junior College with a degree in business. She is a lifelong resident of East Bridgewater along with her husband and two children. Lynne has been in real estate for the past sixteen years. Her honesty, integrity and compassion go a long way in helping people realize their goal of selling and/or buying a home.

Dena, her husband Doug and their 6 children have lived in East Bridgewater for the last 10 years. Dena has been in the real estate business for 5 years and serves on the Plymouth and South Shore Board of Realtors Technology committee.

Judy, her husband Don and their three sons, Michael, Matthew and Timothy have live in East Bridgewater for 21 years. Formerly of Randolph, Judy was employed by Verizon for many years before joining the Silva Real Estate team.

Sue is a lifelong resident of East Bridgewater, she is an avid golfer and after several years as a function coordinator has enjoyed being a real estate agent for the past eight years.

Mike is a lifelong resident of East Bridgewater, other than a brief stay in Washington State. He has been successfully running his own excavating company for the past 25 years. Mike is well-liked by all his customers who appreciate his honesty and his willingness to work hard on their behalf. He is also our “title V expert.”

Maynard is a lifelong resident of East Bridgewater with a brief stay in Halifax and Florida. He owned and operated the Village News in East Bridgewater for 15 years and then ran the Halifax Country Club for five years. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing. Maynard has been in the real estate business full time for the past six years. His customers always appreciate his honesty and his no nonsense approach.

Heather grew up in East Bridgewater and now resides in Bridgewater with her husband and two children. She is a graduate of Dean College and has been a real estate agent for the past eight years. Along with selling real estate Heather also teaches fitness classes in Halifax. Heather is certified buyers representative and specializes in working with first time home buyers and with helping her seller’s stage their homes for sale.
